All of the following content will affect the relevant rights and interests of the participants. Please read and consent to the this Competition Rules.

2 How to Register
2.1 Registration Period : from now until April 30th 2023, or until all spots are filled, whichever comes first.

2.4 Registration Requirements
2.4.1 NAV:soloparticipants must have experience in trail race with an intensity of 30 kilometers or more in the past two years.
2.4.2 ADV:soloparticipants must have experience in trail race with an intensity of 15 kilometers or more in the past two years.
2.4.3 The race committee reserves the right to cancel the participation qualification and will not refund the registration fee for those who obtain the registration qualification by fraudulent means.
2.4.4 Entry transfer in any form is disallowed. Once any entry transfer is found, the transferer will be banned from the race, and the race committee will not refund those registration fees.
2.4.5 By registering for the race, all participants agree to conform to the Competition Rules.
2.5 Age Requirements
2.5.1 NAV:participants must be between 20 years old and 65 years old (born between May 28, 1958 (inclusive) and May 28, 2003 (inclusive)).
2.5.2 ADV:participants must be between 18 years old and 65 years old (born between May 28, 1958 (inclusive) and May 28, 2005 (inclusive)).
2.5.3 Minors under 18 can only participate in the race with a declaration signed on-site by their custodians or legal representatives.
2.6 Physical Requirements
2.6.1 Participants must be aware of their own physical condition, ensure their health, and have no diseases that pose a risk to sports, such as heart disease or blood-related diseases. If there are any such diseases, participants should voluntarily withdraw from the competition. If the participant conceals their condition or competes with an illness, they will be responsible for any consequences that arise.
2.6.2 If any problems caused by incomplete or false information provided by participantssuch as the race insurance cannot be bought or gets invalidated, it shall be the participants who take responsibility.
2.6.3 The race committee has the right to decide whether to accept the registration according to the participant's own conditions
2.7 Registration Notice /Safety Notice /
2.7.1 Be fully aware of the distance of the entered group and the specific nature of trail running, for which they should have trained thoroughly and be well prepared.
2.7.2 Be able to act independently in the mountains and face any type of problems that might occur during the race alone.
a. Carry all mandatory equipment as required to cope with weather changes (night, wind, coldness, fog, rain, or snow).
b. Know how to manage physical or mental issues caused by extreme fatigue, for example, digestion problems, muscle or joint pains, minor wounds, etc.
c. Read and consent to the race documents such as the Competition Rules.
2.7.3 Keep the cell phone turned on and not mute it during the whole process of the race to receive race information. The race committee will provide corresponding assistance for those in need.
2.7.4 Entrants must understand the special health requirements for the race and the insecurities involved and evaluate prudently the potential risks and accidents that might occur, and participate with a declaration signed on-site by themselves when pick up their race-pack bags.
2.7.5 The race committee will purchase the insurance for all participants before the event, and provide assistance or rescue work as much as possible within the scope of ability, but will not assume any responsibility beyond the scope of insurance claims during the competition.
2.8 Check-in and Race Kit Collection for Participants
2.8.1 Time Period:10:00am-20:00pm, May 27,2023 (Beijing Time),
2.8.2 Location: Shanchuanxiang Anji county Huzhou Zhejiang
2.8.3 The entrants must show their valid ID (ID – passport, ID card and etc.) and mandatory equipment to check-in and pick up their race kit (including race number with timing chiprace T-shirt and other gifts).
2.8.4 Mandatory equipment (see paragraph equipment) can only be taken after checking during race-kit collection.
2.8.5 Participants must come to pick up race-pack bags in person, no postage and delivery service provided.

3 The Race
3.1 Rules
3.1.1 The race uses timing sensors. Timing sensors will be set up at the start and finish location and each refreshment station. Runners must pass each timing point. Any missed read will lead to the invalidation of the race result.
3.1.2 Runners must complete the race according to the route designated by the race committee. There will be hidden referee points during the course. If fraudulent behavior (cutting corners, etc.) is found, the Committee has the right to cancel the contestants’ race results.
3.1.3 All Group have Cut-off Times. Runners who fail to pass the timing sensors within the cut-off time is deemed to have given up the race automatically, and the withdrawal agreement will automatically take effect. If the runner does not listen to dissuasion and continues to run, all consequences will be at his own risk.
3.1.4 In the event of special circumstances (such as severe weather, political factors and other force majeure), the race committee may decide to close the gate in advance for adjustment, and runners must obey the instructions.
3.1.5 The specific cut-off time is subject to the starting time.
3.2 Mandatory Equipment
Participants are required to bring the following mandatory equipment for pre-race inspection. (The following mandatory equipment is only the minimum requirements for participants. Please choose windproof, waterproof and thermal functions as much as possible to ensure safety.)

#Before collecting their race kit, participants must pass on-site equipment inspection by the race committee to confirm that all mandatory equipment is present.

4.2 Penalties
If the following fouls occur during the race, penalties will be imposed according to the severity of the circumstances:
